Text 9 Apr 1 note CUTS

Yesterday I started cutting. I have been bulking up since December and I have gained fat but I have also gained a lot of muscle. I am so excited to see where my cut takes me. I have lost weight before but that isn’t the same. I ended up losing muscle and fat. I want to lose weight without increasing my body fat % composition. My official goal is to weigh 205 lbs by July and have a body fat percentage of 15.5% or less.

So Pumped!

As spring and summer is coming, I have decided to start training for summer activities. Many people don’t believe it is a sport however, one of my favorite summer activities is motorcycling. Since I mainly ride on sports bikes, comfort and isotonic muscle endurance is of a large concern. To combat this I have begun to add exercises that work on my forearms, hip/thigh adductors, abs, mid and lower back. My main goals is to have a ripped back AND be comfortable to ride a motorcycle for hours on end.

Text 23 Feb What Happened & What Is Happening

Sorry I have been gone for so long. I had a rough winter break in terms of fitness. You see I broke my nose and couldn’t work out for a few days because of it. Then I needed to get surgery on it and was told absolutely no fitness for 20 days. Additionally, I traveled for over a week and over ate every one of those days. As a result I lost muscle and gained a considerable amount of weight.

I once went down to 189 lbs. That was my lowest adult weight however I had felt bad and wasn’t happy. That was too low for my body. I felt most comfortable between 196 and 200 lbs. I am currently at 209.8 lbs and am working for a leaner body. Since I was allowed to start working out again I have been bulking up muscle. Now I am cutting but slowly. I am adding more leg exercises and, in general, am doing both high and low rep lifts. I do cardio every other day and lift every other day. I work out every day of the week by repeating the following 6 workouts.

Day 1: Legs, Chest, and Abs

Day 2: Cardio

Day 3: Shoulders and Abs

Day 4: Cardio

Day 5: Back and Arms and Abs

Day 6: Cardio
